Villa Kalisha is available to guests who book through this website at the following rates, and we have also special offers for longer stays or last minute bookings (see below). Rates are for the rental of the entire villa, and I am afraid that we do not accept bookings for individual rooms

This includes:

• Accommodation for up to 4 persons
• Unlimited water, tea and coffee
• The services of the four villa staff
• Unlimited Free WiFi Internet Access
• Unrestricted use of all facilities at the villa
• All utilities (electricity, gas etc.)
• One cot bed, high chair and other equipment for one infant

To make your stay as hassle free as possible - as in a hotel - all bed linen, soaps and towels are provided.

The price excludes however:

• Extra guests above 4 persons (extra charge £20/night/guest. Children aged 0 to 4 are free if sharing beds with their parents (2 maximum) or one cot bed is free, but extra cot beds are IDR 200,000/night or £10.00/night if paid as part of the accommodation).
• Additional meals or food
• Additional soft drinks and alcoholic drinks
• Car and driver rental
• Airport pick-up and drop-off
• Excursions and diving trips
• Travel to and from Bali

The staff at the villa however would be happy to arrange all of the above for you if required, and as the villa is fully serviced, a wide variety of food and drink are available throughout your stay at just the cost of groceries plus a 20% villa charge.

A full breakfast is available with fresh juice and fresh fruits, wholemeal and white toast, and jams and spreads (including home favourites such as Marmite and Nutella), a selection of cereals, and a choice of eggs and bacon or pancakes or Asian breakfast (fried rice / fried noodles). Groceries cost is IDR 60,000/guest or IDR 35,000/child under 10 (infants 2 and under free if other guests order).

Minimum Stay

We do have a minimum stay of 2 nights throughout the year, rising to 3 nights in high season, and 5 nights during peak season, although this is waived when a stay is within one month of enquiry, or is adjacent to an existing booking.

Extended Stay Discounts - For stays of longer than four weeks we are happy to offer further reduced rates based upon average occupancy. Villa Kalisha has all modern amenities for a long term stay, and clearly the staff would remain available to assist you in any way they can. Last-Minute Special Offers - We offer a 15% discount for bookings made within 21 days of arrival and a 25% discount for bookings within 7 Days of the date of travel (subject to availability). please contact us for details.

Larger Groups & Extra Persons

Villa Kalisha sleeps a maximum of 6 adults, using two good quality sofa beds in the upstairs lounge, which also has an ensuite bathroom. Additional two persons can be accommodated by means of a mattress on the floor, or the day bed in the upstairs lounge, or in a cot for children. We ask for an additional fee of £20 per extra bed per night, or £10 per cot per night (first cot is free).
